Return Process:
Contact Us: For eligible returns, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence.
Approval: All returns require our approval. After reviewing your request, we will notify you of our decision and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you are responsible for sending the product back in its original condition and packaging. For returns within Denmark, a return label fee of 48 DKK will be deducted from your refund, along with an additional 12 DKK handling fee. For international returns, the return shipping cost will be equal to the original shipping fee paid, plus the 12 DKK (approximately 1.5 USD) handling fee.

Refunds:
Eligibility: Refunds are granted only for products returned in their original condition and meeting our return requirements.
Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items (such as beauty products), and hazardous materials like flammable liquids or gases.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges for size or style are not possible you must return the item and place a new order for the correct size or style.
